Plantiful Slu

I’m so glad I found Plantiful in South Lake Union! As someone always on the lookout for delicious vegan spots, this place seriously blew me away. I tried the vegan Banh Mi burger, and it was incredible—flavorful, satisfying, and so thoughtfully crafted. You can tell they care about quality ingredients and creativity in their dishes. I also grabbed one of their smoothies, and wow—super fresh, not overly sweet, and the perfect complement to the meal. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. If you’re vegan, plant-curious, or just looking for something fresh and nourishing, you need to try this place. Definitely a new favorite in Seattle!

Stopped here for lunch before tackling the touristy areas of Seattle and are glad we did! I enjoyed the Super Bowl which was delicious. The Dragon Bowl Z was also very good. However, one person in my party ordered the tots with nuggets and it was outstanding! She said the tots were the best she's had. I don't think you could go wrong with either a more health-forward meal or a more indulgent sandwhich!

Food: 5/5. The muscle protein juice has a lot of interesting ingredients--date, peanut butter---that blends into a tasty juice. The acai bowl is great. Service: 5/5. Pickup order was prepared before I arrived, and the server took out the order from a fridge right as I requested. Atmosphere: not too much indoor seating, but pretty standard.

Banh mi burger itself was delicious! It was a little dry. Beware: bring your own siracha, they won’t have any:) F

I'm not Vegan nor Vegetarian but I enjoyed the burgers so much. The food was amazing, the staff were very helpful and wonderful to interact with and the restroom was extremely clean. As a meat lover I was shocked of how good the burgers and the food were. I didn't feel like I'm eating vegiterian-based burgers. The Air-fried Crinkle fries were delicious as well. We ordered the Classic Burger with the Beyond Patty and the Habanero Burger with the Impossible Patty in addition to the Air-fried Crinkle Fries and the Chik'n Nuggets with Tots

Easy 5/5 recommend! I love a plant based menu establishment. The banh mi “burger” didn’t disappoint. The blueberry bliss smoothie was also very good. Much closer to tasting like a smoothie you’d make at home with natural and healthy ingredients instead of a chain smoothie place. It’s on the pricier side but all the ingredients were fresh and delicious, so worth it for me.

During my 18 days stay in SLU, this is my go to place for vegan food (I’m vegetarian). The food has variety and had great taste especially shakes and burgers (They even customise the order, if you ask them before-hand). Only low light was, there was only person most of the times, so often times i had to wait for my order.
